老實說,這是我頭一次吃 "炸大腸",滷水大腸我是吃過的,但吃炸的還是頭一次。龍苑的 "炸大腸" 做法也頗傳统,用了新鮮菠蘿伴碟,有助中和炸大腸的肥膩。此時此刻我立刻點了一碗白飯,試問世上還有什麼好吃得過豬油撈飯呢?

既然今晚玩懷舊,於是乎便點了同樣是超耐無食過的 "鬼馬牛肉" 來送飯。所謂 "鬼馬",分別是指油炸鬼和馬蹄,前者香脆,後者爽脆,再加炒得嫩香的牛肉,口感上好perfect。龍苑的牛肉夠大塊而且肉味夠濃,什得阿P歡心。

雞賢比雞肝更出色!超級爽嫩,比那些高級串燒店的出品還要好吃很多!雞肝其實都做得好好,保持濕潤,但雞賢實在太出色了,難免被比了下去。

琵琶鴨因製作工夫多,所以好多食肆都唔願花時間做,又要拆骨,又要穿起來燒,所以坊間已買少見少。龍苑的琵琶鴨燒得好靚,鴨皮好香而旦極脆,梅醬不會過鹹,惹味得來卻不失鴨肉的風味。

最後於 menu 上看到有龍鬚糖吃,貪得意也點來過過癮。龍鬚糖製作一向繁複,又要熬製蜂蜜和麥芽,冷卻後又要拉成細線,再用來包餡料如花生及椰絲等等....我報過甜品班製過一次,是非常繁複的。

聞說這裡的點心也不錯,下次帶埋 J 爸媽來飲茶!近年越來越多中菜廳為了迎合潮流,將心思都放在 plating 或 gastronomy 上,像龍苑這類 sell 返樸歸真味道的中菜廳反而更值得我們支持,畢竟,食物最重要的,始終都是味道。
