To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「彩福皇宴」有著婚宴場地的裝潢,環境優雅舒適,十分大氣,所以間中也會有包場宴會,所以建議前來前預先致電訂座。適逢今夜又有包場活動,好像是甚麼商會晚宴,佔了大半場地,幸好我們預先訂座,也未至無功而回。脆皮旺金南乳雞 ($68/半隻): 此乃酒家力推的一款小菜,雞烤得皮脆肉嫩,含豐富肉汁,在剛烤起趁熱食時確實非美味。特配濃郁南乳醬,南乳味道突出,但整體偏咸。粉絲蒜蓉蒸大元貝 ($128/4隻): 大元貝新鮮厚肉,但蒸煮時間稍長,肉質一般,而粉絲吸了元貝肉汁及蒜蓉香,相當入味。懷舊金獎叉燒 ($118/例牌): 叉燒品質不錯,肉味適中,蜜味較重,而肉質也算嫩口。三蔥黑蒜牛柳粒 ($98): 三蔥即洋蔥、京及大蔥,牛柳粒軟腍入味,可以一試。
