To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港打冷店已經愈來愈少,keep到水準的更加少。呢間係一個朋友之前提過,算係老字號,話算係keep到水準。雖然怕係伏,但話哂朋友推介,試下無壞,最多咪唔再去😂環境:有三間鋪,有得坐入面或者出面。當日係平日,又有小小雨。但都算多客,大多數坐出面。如果天氣太凍坐入面好啲,平時正正常常坐出面就舒服,闊絡啲。因爲係冷巷位同個位置比較偏僻啲,所以都上嚟得比較辛苦,睇下本身有無巴士或者小巴到,唔係既話,行過果到都幾辛苦。服務:啲姐姐幾好人,反而係啲哥哥(可能係老闆或者太子爺掛)就比較惡。啲姐姐叫到都有反應,坐得遠可能未聽到,叫多幾次,香港人遷就下囉。食物:真心,我覺得真係算好食,雖然老一輩話以前再好食啲,但今次佢地都話唔錯,不得了。個人亦都認為係食過最好食。因為行到上嚟太餓,諗都唔諗食左先算,無影好多相。價錢唔算貴,都係打冷價錢啦。

因爲係冷巷位同個位置比較偏僻啲,所以都上嚟得比較辛苦,睇下本身有無巴士或者小巴到,唔係既話,行過果到都幾辛苦。
服務:啲姐姐幾好人,反而係啲哥哥(可能係老闆或者太子爺掛)就比較惡。啲姐姐叫到都有反應,坐得遠可能未聽到,叫多幾次,香港人遷就下囉。
