To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日第一次食印尼菜,心情既興奮又緊張,因為我完全唔知正宗印尼菜係食咩🤣,為免中伏,我地揀左Openrice上最熱搜No.1既印尼餐廳 - 銅鑼灣班蘭葉印尼美食。牆上掛滿一系列餐廳食物相片,從中發現餐廳用以樹木製既盤代替碟,餐桌餐椅亦以木系為主,加上天花板上既仿真班蘭葉🌿,散發熱帶小島風情。食物款式超級多,飯類及主食分別超過20款,最出乎意料嘅係花膠湯粉皮系列,不過我同女友決定先食啲印尼經典菜式。- 印尼四大天王飯四大天王指魚雞牛菜,雞既味道十足海南雞,沙甸魚酸酸甜甜,牛肉不過不失,惹味但肉質偏硬,菜加左醬汁幾清甜。以上四款都唔算辣,最辣竟然係椰漿飯,原來椰醬飯加左辣椒碎,辣到個心熱烘烘😳。- 雜菜燒半雞飯 名副其實半隻香燒雞,外皮有少少焦香,唔期待雞肉十分嫩滑,但至少幾多汁,蘸汁會更惹味。- 羊肉沙嗲三串羊肉香氣十足無膻味,沙嗲醬係靈魂所在,花生味特濃帶微辣。- 鴛鴦芒果汁藥水味好重,而且好「水」,唯一可取之處係夠大杯,可以解辣🤔。- 青檸梳打解渴一流,入面仲有綠色粉條,口感幾豐富。整體而言,串燒好正,沙嗲醬好啱香港人口味。至於飯類份量好多,飲品一般般。最深刻一定係椰漿飯,反差實在太大
