To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇去過元朗,今晚特登揸車入嚟元朗國食日本野,除咗高檔嘅廚師發板之外,都有好多價錢親民嘅日式小店。今次就揀咗呢間長龍日本餐廳試吓。刺身船刺身係我哋散嗌嘅… 廚師好有心機咁將佢切成一盤,成隻刺身船咁牡丹蝦勁抵$68有兩隻,刀背勁爽脆夠新鮮,海膽我哋就嗌左半版$118,配埋紫菜同埋飯仲有青瓜,yummy yummy軍艦辣味三文魚、黃金魷魚、海膽螢光魷魚分量比平時出邊食多一倍性價比勁高總括來講,服務幾好,雖然門口有好多人等位,佢哋仍然好細心咁慢慢上菜,食材夠新鮮!兩個人埋單五百幾蚊,除咗有影相嘅刺身壽司之外,我哋仲嗌左啲小食,一共食咗二十幾樣嘢,下次可以再嚟encore
