To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 店員態度好,食物美味符合預期,價錢亦都合理。🥇(推薦 )🐣焗蛋金磚熱上的金磚裏面雖然鬆軟但不會太散,分量大小都合理。🍚香茅雞扒糯米飯第一次吃這種越南菜。原來糯米飯除咗係港人小食,都係越南嘅傳統宵夜小吃。雞扒唔會過分油膩,煎得非常香,有很多小塊,唯一缺點是有點太鹹。🥘越式傳統炒粉皮相當夠鑊氣,賣相有點似港式乾炒牛河,但沒有那河粉的肥膩,吃落都冇咁油~不過就算以普通男仔嘅食量,食完一碟都8成飽了!八文樓位於柯士甸站附近🚊,雖然不是旺區,但附近就有很多臥虎藏龍的餐廳,有越南菜、日本菜、串燒店、泰國菜、印度菜…..而且價錢都合宜,非常推介大家去一趟!🍽發掘平靚正嘅餐廳!

第一次吃這種越南菜。原來糯米飯除咗係港人小食,都係越南嘅傳統宵夜小吃。
雞扒唔會過分油膩,煎得非常香,有很多小塊,唯一缺點是有點太鹹。

相當夠鑊氣,賣相有點似港式乾炒牛河,但沒有那河粉的肥膩,吃落都冇咁油~不過就算以普通男仔嘅食量,食完一碟都8成飽了!
