To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

講起迴轉壽司我諗好多人都會諗起元氣，因為元氣壽司款式好多，而且又保持到水準，難怪佢可以愈開愈多分店。今日星期日就黎到馬鞍山既分店，大約 5 點幾入到去坐低，好彩早左食如果唔係起碼要排 30 幾 40 人先有得食。叫左日式燉蛋、炸軟殼蟹手卷、炸蝦卷、灸燒黑椒三文魚、灸燒帆立貝、筋子。🤤 🤤 🤤日式燉蛋係咁多間壽司店黎講真係首屈一指十分出色，暫時黎講未有一間壽司店可以取替到。炸蝦卷係元氣獨有既其中一款壽司，用壽司飯包住香脆既吉列蝦，重加上一層蟹籽，真係無得頂。灸燒黑椒三文魚同灸燒帆立貝，厚切之剩重肉質好肥美。
