慕名而來食羲和三寶,聽聞呢度師傅師承全聚德創左烤鴨新食法,咁得意,所以同閨密們黎黎個提早團年。餐廳望到維港景色架,好正!🐟四川水煮魚(桂花魚) $398,上枱川椒麻味撲鼻,魚肉入口非常滑溜,仲有筍絲、番薯粉,爽口又彈牙。🦆烤鴨半隻$328,有靚仔師傅即席將鴨片皮。鴨頸沾上紅莓醬再沾d爆炸糖,喺口中同比較香脆鴨頸融合,又甜又油香又脆,口感好新奇。鴨胸嫩滑肉質配秘製黃芥辣醬味道酸甜又解膩。鴨脾肉傳統京蔥西芹六必居甜麵醬,新式洋蔥山楂配紅莓醬,我都係鍾意傳統食法多d😝。🦐酸辣油炆大蝦$188,蝦碌好大隻,酸酸辣辣,食得出大蝦爆過再炆,所以相當惹味香口。🐧山藥燕窩羹$118,湯羹味道雖然唔突出,但燕窩份量好多,加上山藥爽脆口感,提升左層次,所以我都幾推介。
