To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 諗住生日食個開心大閘蟹 千挑萬選選揀咗呢一間 相約朋友6:30 但朋友未到 服務員好好 邀請我入座等 開定香片等 其後大約15分鐘友人到咗 我哋率先每樣蟹試咗兩隻先 一嚟到都呆咗,從來未見過咁細嘅大閘蟹 隻大閘蟹BB 應該有1.5-2兩 (實物超級細)喺細size就算啦,可能都好食😌 一打開清蒸嗰隻味道有兩至3分 睇你好唔好彩 有啲可能多膏少少 有啲就冇乜膏 大閘蟹味道偏淡 花雕嘅唔覺有花雕味 唔明點解有啲評論話鹽焗好食 鹽焗一打開嘅味道好奇怪,甚至有D係死嘅 完全冇膏 打開仲要臭 臭到不得了 總結 如必要真係嚟到建議清蒸 起碼係熱🫢 環境方面: 有蚊滋,又有蚊 衛生環境普通服務方面:本身諗住透過某平台訂飛,但係呢個日子訂唔到,所以上網詢問服務員招話俾小籠包我哋,但係嚟到話要加錢 後來我哋講清楚 佢完全冇回應 就走咗 🤷🏾 ????(但其後都有送過嚟) 另外帶咗一支酒過嚟 開瓶費$100 同意亦都冇問題 但係叫服務員來紅酒杯 服務員態度覺得要求紅酒杯好奇怪??? 多次反問 要紅酒杯? 其他熟食反而味道唔錯 包括豆苗 炸豆腐 可能食其他套餐會好啲,但係如果食大閘蟹放題就唔建議

一打開清蒸嗰隻味道有兩至3分
睇你好唔好彩 有啲可能多膏少少
有啲就冇乜膏 大閘蟹味道偏淡

唔明點解有啲評論話鹽焗好食
鹽焗一打開嘅味道好奇怪,甚至有D係死嘅
完全冇膏 打開仲要臭 臭到不得了

總結 如必要真係嚟到建議清蒸 起碼係熱🫢
