真係好耐無去過荃灣,呢間食店就正正響荃灣廣場,亦對住荃灣大會堂, 響西鐵站行過去,6分鐘左右就到,十分方便!依兩日開始秋涼,我哋點左啲菜式都係適合秋冬季節食嘅~真蠔  (每隻$58)真蠔(Makaki)係屬Rock Oyster 嘅品種,食落無比鮮甜, 唔好睇佢體積相對細隻,其實佢味道肥美, 超有蠔味而且爽口,  加上日本酸汁同辣蘿蔔蓉一齊食, 蠔嘅鮮味同冰凍感更顯突出。辣酒煮廣島蠔 ($78)朋友最喜歡幾道菜,  一碟有六粒廣島蠔,而且每隻都仍然係脹卜卜, 因為蠔煮完之後通常都會縮水, 依啲蠔煮完都仍然咁大隻,大家可以想像佢哋本身嘅體積係幾大。 每件白蘿蔔到處得好透完全冇渣,係索曬啲湯汁同精華!  而且碗湯可以完完全全人飲番曬,微微辣加上飲到蠔嘅鮮味和白蘿蔔嘅甜味,飲完感覺幸福。白子刺身 ($78)白子係鱈魚嘅精巢,係日本人冬日補品,含豐富蛋白質,相傳有滋陰養顏嘅功用,食落綿滑豐腴,略略似奶油般,口感獨特.鮟鱇魚肝 ($78)鮟鱇有魚肝同樣營養豐富, 質感有啲似鵝肝,有海底鵝肝之稱,口感滑嫩,比鵝肝軟綿啲~廚師先用湯汁煮熟再加酸汁給我們享用,煮法有别於其他居酒屋,每一口都食得出廚師嘅

真蠔  (每隻$58)

海膽千層杯(S)($198)
一個爆海膽嘅海膽杯,多到一路影相啲海膽一路跌落碟,海膽好光澤,新鮮,而且大片豐盈,係馬冀海膽,本來有我最愛嘅香蔥吞拿魚蓉飯,另外加上金箔同印有店名的旗仔,絕對打咭位!

蟹蓋上放滿了蟹膏和日本雞蛋,出面通常食嘅係用鵪鶉蛋,所以依個甲羅燒係更加滑.

上十貫目 ($198)
成日本嘢點可以冇壽司呢, 我地點左特上十貫目都十件精美,有舖得滿滿嘅海膽同滋味無窮嘅蟹肉沙律軍艦壽司, 肥美嘅左口魚壽司,北寄貝,甜蝦帶子等等,件件各有特色,外表同食材唔感都顯得這十件壽司新鮮。

今餐日本菜性價比相當高,食材用料上乘, 新鮮唔在講,仲有份量十足,食完依餐簡直有幸福感!
