近年去過唔少地方打邊爐,但令我覺得值得再次返兜嘅,一隻手數得晒。繼上次高流灣之後,呢間位於天后清風街嘅上品火鍋料理,食過之後即刻愛上,呢份一食鍾情嘅感覺,絕對係非推介不可!醬料盒選擇都唔少,未計基本嘅豉油總共有十三款。一時之間花多眼亂,不過人總係貪心,最後我地每人都拎左兩個碗仔作唔同配搭...湯底同樣令人花多眼亂,不過有兩個真係又平又吸引。尤其係呢個杏汁白肺湯底($68),杏味幾勁,而且湯底有菜乾、白菜、紅蘿蔔、雞腳、豬肺,真係落足料,大家都忍唔住飲一碗潤下喉先...正呀!另一個好味湯底就係呢個冬瓜豬骨瑤柱湯($68),表面平平無奇,但入面真係樣樣靚料,秀珍菇新鮮、粟米清甜,配埋入味嘅冬瓜,真係掂!手切安格斯肥牛($118/大) - 份量都幾多,肉味豐腴,鮮味無窮,無牛不歡嘅朋友唔好錯過!小雲耳($48) - 平時打邊爐真係好少食呢樣,見呢度推介就即管試下。食落雖然幾爽口亦幾香,不過唔算係必食,非愛好者可以無視...自製子母蝦腐($68) - 製法同大家平時食嘅魚腐差唔多,呢個入面係蝦肉做成,食落鮮蝦味濃,而且口感相當細膩,淥耐少少連湯味道都入晒去,好味!魚皮餃($58) - 聽聞味道

醬料盒選擇都唔少,未計基本嘅豉油總共有十三款。一時之間花多眼亂,不過人總係貪心,最後我地每人都拎左兩個碗仔作唔同配搭...

湯底同樣令人花多眼亂,不過有兩個真係又平又吸引。尤其係呢個杏汁白肺湯底($68),杏味幾勁,而且湯底有菜乾、白菜、紅蘿蔔、雞腳、豬肺,真係落足料,大家都忍唔住飲一碗潤下喉先...正呀!

另一個好味湯底就係呢個冬瓜豬骨瑤柱湯($68),表面平平無奇,但入面真係樣樣靚料,秀珍菇新鮮、粟米清甜,配埋入味嘅冬瓜,真係掂!

手切安格斯肥牛($118/大) - 份量都幾多,肉味豐腴,鮮味無窮,無牛不歡嘅朋友唔好錯過!

小雲耳($48) - 平時打邊爐真係好少食呢樣,見呢度推介就即管試下。食落雖然幾爽口亦幾香,不過唔算係必食,非愛好者可以無視...

自製子母蝦腐($68) - 製法同大家平時食嘅魚腐差唔多,呢個入面係蝦肉做成,食落鮮蝦味濃,而且口感相當細膩,淥耐少少連湯味道都入晒去,好味!

魚皮餃($58) - 聽聞味道唔錯,呢樣野我一向唔食,所以都係No Comment...

櫻花牛刺身($118/大) - 唔單止賣相靚,而且牛肉砌得薄薄,入口即溶,掂到爆!如果蘸跟黎果隻酸辣汁,真係愈食愈好味,小心會停唔到口...

蜂巢冰豆腐($38) - 呢類豆腐一向都係食火鍋嘅妙品,蜂巢式內層令啲湯味更加入。雖然食落無台式豆腐咁正,但都幾特別架~

花膠筒($88) - 雖然呢個其實配鮮魚湯底係最理想,不過配用杏汁豬肺湯底都唔失禮,鮮味十足,又夠爽口,絕對推介俾各位小姐女士,好有益架!

明太子釀冬菇($68) - 黎到呢度,你會發覺有好多用魚滑蝦滑釀製及包製嘅食品,好似呢個釀冬菇就係其中之一,不過建議大家浸耐少少先食,入面太足料,唔係幾分鐘就食得~

手釀四色丸($78) / 灌湯茄蓉包($78) - 前者係呢度必食推介,味道有幾正我想賣個關子,但粒粒入面有野爆出黎,食果陣真係要小心。灌湯茄蓉包係全晚最大嘅驚喜,簡單啲講佢只係包滿鮮茄蓉嘅小籠包,但原來豬肉餡同茄蓉係咁夾,好味到爆燈!極級推介!

海蝦滑($78) - 從來無諗過,打邊爐食蝦滑係可以好食成咁,啖啖都有鮮蝦肉嘅感覺,又彈牙又鮮味,下次必定要試埋墨魚滑!

流沙汁釀墨魚丸($78) - 單以墨魚丸本身黎計,高流灣可能稍佔上風,但加埋流沙汁的話,呢個真係天下無敵!好似食緊奶皇流沙飽嘅感覺一樣,但出面換上彈牙墨丸,另一必食推介!

桂花蚌($88) - 味道其實唔錯,夠晒鮮味,份量亦唔細。可惜高流灣果個實在太出色,相形見絀...

芝心鳳尾蝦($78) - 除左茄蓉包同流沙墨丸之外,呢個賣相精緻嘅芝心鳳尾蝦同樣係非食不可,蝦肉鮮味無比,入面嘅芝士香濃好味,一咬慢慢流出黎,實在精彩!

飯後送嘅甜品亦唔馬虎,就好似呢個自家出品嘅香芋布甸,香滑得黎芋頭味又濃,掂呀!

上品火鍋係我心目中得分最高,除左食物質素好之外,服務質素好貼心又有禮貌,相比高流灣更加係天大對比。今餐每位大約$250左右,唔算好平,但絕對合理,中意打邊爐嘅朋友快啲book位喇~!
