我的標題係追「星」,我真的追Gordon 追到去 Restaurant Gordon Ramsay 68 Royal Hospital Road London, 可惜只可以見到Gordon 媽咪及參觀廚房, 分別2014在蘭桂坊Bread Street Kitchen(已結業) 及 2015開London House之後,maze Grill 又係我既好去處,介紹餐廳主廚 Gareth Packham , 他與團體合作時間長達七年,我今次第二次嚟到maze Grill, 好食一定要追住食,主打炭火烤肉及招牌威靈頓牛,食材新鮮,餐廳分室內及空外,仲有270°海景,首先嚟麵包,不是用牛油塗麵包,而用牛骨髓(Bone Marrow Butter) ,Waiter 解釋要將牛骨髓抽出再加工在牛油上,嘩,配埋外脆內軟麵包,Perfect Match 👍👍👍(1)Slow Cooked Pork Rib=慢煮12小時豬肋骨,Fusion 感覺,肉質鬆化,醬汁仲係熱,(2)Aged Beef Cheese Burger, 好懷舊麵包,配以英國薯仔製作既薯條,食到停唔到口(3)Rib-eye 400g
