To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日過嚟睇戲,嚟早咗,所以係到食個早午飯,其實係遲咗一步,如果唔係,就趕得切食早餐。眼見佢哋嘅早餐都唔錯。唯有下次。午餐餐牌大部份係意粉及飯,但當中竟然有款冇米飯,就叫嚟試吓。由於啱啱轉午餐,員工忙於收拾早餐碗筷,所以由點餐至上菜都等了一段時間。三文魚冇米飯先上,飯腳以為上錯,以為真係飯而唔係椰菜花。試入口,其實都幾唔錯,三文魚味,加上咬得到的蟹子,食起嚟都幾豐富。但因為等埋飯腳嘅意粉先一齊食,所以等到凍哂,影響整體口感。白汁海鮮意粉夠熱,所以十分好食,味道恰到好,意粉又煮得有咬口。估唔到itamama追得上潮流,提供無米飯。希望餐廳可以留意上餐時間,免得熱飯冷食。
