To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 曾經,這間連鎖點心店的出品很好吃,那時,我間中都會吩咐我的信差替我到它位於中環的分店買外賣給我享用。可是,那光景已經不再。我的信差仍在,但我再也不會叫他去這間點心店買外賣了。現在,它的出品很難食,我已經失去了光顧它的意欲。如何難食?鳯爪排骨飯:鳳爪發酶;排骨有「宿」味,肉質亳無口感;飯太軟。蝦餃:蝦有雪味,不夠新鮮;蝦餃皮酶酶濕濕,一點也不好吃。燒賣:豬肉不新鮮,不夠彈牙。黃沙豬潤腸:豬潤不夠沙,不夠爽;腸份皮軟而鬆散,筷子一夾即散。陳皮牛肉球:無牛肉味,不吃也罷。添好運從前用心做點心的那種心機去了哪裡呢?開店經營但出品難吃,對顧客的禍害有多大,有多深遠,開店的人知道嗎?從此,我的用餐名單中已經刪除了「添好運」了。抵食,但難食,我都係唔會食;貴,但好食,再貴我都會食。

添好運從前用心做點心的那種心機去了哪裡呢?開店經營但出品難吃,對顧客的禍害有多大,有多深遠,開店的人知道嗎?

從此,我的用餐名單中已經刪除了「添好運」了。

抵食,但難食,我都係唔會食;
貴,但好食,再貴我都會食。
