To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2個同事走,又有同事生日,飲茶係最方便不過。臨lunch前15分鐘先book位可以book到咩?聘珍樓,你懂得 點心一大堆,炒腸粉夠入味,最like佢炒到“龍龍”地,3分鐘已經ko晒。但係蒸腸粉略嫌d皮厚左少少,不過都滑。平時去邊我都唔食燒賣,硬係覺得有陣味,但今日見到勁新鮮,隻蝦非常爽口,肉都好鮮味,nice炒飯唔會好乾身,幾好,仲加左白飯魚仔。蛋白好滑溜,水準之作。PS. 叉燒包都幾多餡料,包好鬆化,size適中,我都幾滿意
