To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身開開心心去飲下午茶 點知食鮑魚燒賣個時無啦啦掉左枚生鏽鐵釘出黎 都唔知其他食左落肚的有無 當場同職員反映左 但佢只係話取消呢籠點心的收費 我俾番錢你地食左佢啦食到一肚火 之後唔會再幫襯 都會幫你地好好宣傳下 叫身邊人都唔好黎食呢一餐完全係差、劣評。完全明白要佢廚房的衛生情況有幾欠佳，應該話直情係無衛生。完全唔理解點解會可以有咁的情況出現。我地都懷疑粒釘應該本身是在蒸爐中，呢件事完全係惡劣、唔敢相信連續酒家會咁出品，對佢所有食物都失去信心。

呢一餐完全係差、劣評。
