To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身係元氣嘅會員，一直覺得佢啲壽司都幾抵食，仲可以一件件咁買來食，咁就有quota，可以試多幾款唔同嘅壽司，加上元氣每兩三個月就增添一啲新嘅食物，好有新鮮感，記得佢之前推出過一款芝士蛋糕，真係幾好食，可惜好快就轉左啦，今次冇試新野，反而係食咗佢嘅中午定食。中午定食套餐連加一大概$100 ，幾鍾意佢座位旁可以自己沖綠茶，姜就要另外問佢攞。今日揀咗特上元氣刺身丼套餐套餐內容都好豐富，有一個凍飲、海鮮蒸蛋、兩粒炸蝦丸、同一個刺身飯。炸蝦丸都幾彈牙，蝦肉十足。成個套餐最好食係佢嘅海鮮蒸蛋，鮮味十足，蒸蛋應該有特別調味，同啲海鮮好夾。刺身飯比上刺身反而份量唔係好多，帶子好似唔係太新鮮，同埋非常細粒，整體來講味道一般。全餐飯再有驚喜嘅，反而係自然會主動比個透明膠袋你，去裝住個口罩，服務質素真係高👍🏻
