To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近排公司進行改革,我的工作又再度加重,早出晚歸,日日做到無停手,終於捱到周末傍晚,收工後都懶得諗,就去公司附近嘅「沙嗲王」草草吃個便飯了。之前嘅舊舖係銅鑼灣廣埸,埸地大好多,有好多卡座位,兩個人坐得好舒服。最近搬咗嚟黃金廣埸,地方細咗,無晒啲卡位,二人枱好細張,啲嘢食飲品完全唔夠擺,侍應生收碟又慢,搞到要擺過隔離枱先得!連menu入面啲炒飯都無埋,乜都縮晒囉!無晒炒飯,唯有揀其他嘢食喇……1.蟹粉豆腐鍋飯($69): 細細鍋豆腐,熱氣騰騰的,一路滾住上桌,豆腐口感細滑,好多蟹粉,味道香濃又唔腥,仲有鹹蛋黃味,撈飯食一流!個飯分開上,都几大個飯㗎,啱晒二人分享!個人認為配飯好過配薄餅呢!2.黑椒雞扒配沙嗲拉麵($55): 其實跟鐵板巨脾並無太大分別,揀雞扒仲好,兩大塊啖啖嫩滑雞肉一人一件,又唔使拆骨,只是略嫌無乜黑椒味!拉麵偏腍,唔夠彈牙,沙嗲醬亦唔夠香濃,口感較為普通!跟餐飲品半價優惠,無理由唔用啦!3.芒果椰汁西米沙冰($23): 最啱夏天飲,沙冰十分冰凉,堅多香甜芒果肉,今次啲西米粒粒太綿,黏埋一舊,實屬美中不足!4.熱柑桔檸蜜($15): 清甜潤候,好好飲!坐得唔舒服,下次要過其
