To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友突然從加拿大返黎,遷就我地港島區返工,係灣仔搵到呢間台灣料理,地點方便,地鐵巴士電車都到,相約七點,到達一棟唐樓樓下,門面有少少殘舊,加少少懷舊味道,跟住要行兩層樓梯,沿途有溫馨提示,到二樓感覺有點花樣年華feel, 三個女人仔晚餐,加古式裝修,叫咗炒飯,醉雞,拼盤,水蓮,食物美味,最後加個甜點“拔絲地瓜”,飽到上心口,全晚聊天都無受騷擾,9:30 last order, 坐足一晚無趕客,真心岩靜靜傾計食飯,價錢合理,平均每人百零蚊,仲要好飽飽。
