To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為7點個轉好難BOOK, 惟有BOOK 第二輪食LATE DINNER環境蠻有情調, 扒房格局. 但服務以五星酒店標準來說只屬一般, 至於食物遜如期1) 餐前蒜茸包---唔夠熱, 韌韌地2) Salad bar a) Ham + 蜜瓜 = 蜜瓜唔夠甜 + Ham 唔夠香. 一般. b) 煙三文魚 - OK c) 肝醬 - OK, 不算突出 食咗1 ROUND 已經無意欲再拎, 留肚食Main course 3) Nebraska USDA Prime Beef - Tenderloin - Medium Rare 火喉恰到好處, 肉質鮮味. 4) Dark rum baba - 好重RUM 酒味. 如果你喜歡飲酒應該很喜歡. 總括而言, 服務及食物都比預期遜息, 失望!

2) Salad bar
a) Ham + 蜜瓜 = 蜜瓜唔夠甜 + Ham 唔夠香. 一般.

c) 肝醬 - OK, 不算突出
食咗1 ROUND 已經無意欲再拎, 留肚食Main course

3) Nebraska USDA Prime Beef - Tenderloin - Medium Rare 火喉恰到好處, 肉質鮮味.

4) Dark rum baba - 好重RUM 酒味. 如果你喜歡飲酒應該很喜歡.

總括而言, 服務及食物都比預期遜息, 失望!
