To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幫襯快餐店既人有好多種 , 而我係比較貪心果類 , 係想食快餐而又想食到好野既人 .果次又係工作關係 , 我又要幫襯快餐店 , 想叫海南雞飯但係賣曬 , 咁唯有叫左呢個楊洲炒飯 . 俾錢果下 , 嘩 , $42 , 好貴喎大佬 , 心有不甘 . 可惜果陣真係好趕時間 , 咁只好被大家樂禁住來搶 .當我從收銀櫃行去 bar 枱時 , 嘩 , 我個飯已經擺左出黎 . 我心諗 , 真係快餐喎 , 有無咁快呀 . 但係對過張票後 , 個飯又真係我架喎 . 但係我由收銀櫃位行過黎俾盡都係用左三十秒 , 真心唔明果三十秒點足以令去炒到個飯出來 ... 最神奇個飯係仲係熱辣辣 , 如果話佢係一早煮定又真係好似講不通 , 同埋如果連炒飯都一早炒定我就唔會滿意囉 .不過點都好啦 , 個飯其實炒得幾好味 , d 飯炒到一粒粒分開 , 好有質感 . 奈何配料方面就較茶餐廳食開果 d 先 . 但係以效率計 , 呢個廚房都真係世界級 , 絕對稱得上快餐中之王者 !
