喜歡吃牛排的人,大多人都會選擇 Prime Cut 如 Ribeye, Striploin, Porterhouse 等,Second Cut 如 Flat Iron, Skirt Steak 等,相信只會在 BBQ 時較多吃到,真想不到會有一間餐廳會開宗名義以 Second Cut 作招徠。既然今天和我拍擋要來銅鑼灣開會,便順帶到這店一試!一走進這店,簡單的裝修有點像 Diner (美式茶餐廳),午市套餐由幾十元到二百多元,我只點了一百多元的 Flat Iron,因我認為如要付出二百多元,應吃較上等的 Cut;套餐有新鮮炸起的薯條,香脆可口,Flat Iron 牛排大概有六、七片,肉質軟腍,可惜牛肉味不濃,幸好配上原個焗烤的蒜頭,為單薄的牛排提味。總括而言,這店的裝修、食物、服務和價錢只屬一般,不怎特出。
