To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

回憶的味道，令人懷緬，那些年常到的小區，主要係燃愛活動後的飯堂。去冰室或去d大排檔，打邊爐……服務員超靚笑，一坐底就服務周到，係咁叫唔駛出嚟取水，取碗，等服務員送上。熱心到……今次開食點了豆腐班腩煲及炒通菜煲，兩煲都熱辣辣超開心。豆腐班腩煲：有豆腐有支竹，兩樣都好好味，好多塊班腩，可以兩人一煲或三人兩煲。炒通菜煲：超惹味，最好送飯或送酒，通菜炒得入味，的忍唔住狂食。仲包一客湯及一大碗飯。飽肚，惹味。下次再去附近打邊爐。
