To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 一直以來都幾鍾意添好運呢間點心專門店,一來因為我屋企去添好運唔算遠(另外添好運其實都有好幾間分店,方便唔同地區嘅食客前往),二來覺得佢嘅價錢都係屬於大眾化,同埋味道嘅水準係屬於合格之上今日嚟到嘅時候無咩人等位,馬上可以入座,而且落單後大概5分鐘已經開始上菜非常高效率。每一次嚟添好運都一定會叫酥皮焗叉燒包$20 ,一碟有三件。一般嘅茶樓都唔難搵得到焗叉燒餐包呢個點心,但係酥皮焗叉燒包就比較少有,就算有都未必話做得好好味。我鍾意添好運呢個點心係因為覺得佢一來size做得適中,每人一個係可以達到淺嚐效果 (正所謂少食多滋味呀嘛),二來每一次上台呢個點心都係夠熱,除咗個包本身夠熱之外,連佢嘅容器都係帶微暖嘅酥皮焗叉燒包 酥皮夠薄,感覺有啲類似墨西哥麵包個皮咁,而餡料亦都好夠多夠juicy 包你每一啖都食到餡料。若果要雞蛋裏面挑骨嘅話就係,咬完個包之後,包係唔會自己鬆返開,視覺上就少咗一份嘅感覺。另外都點左一碟蜜味叉燒腸$22。淨係睇相片都會見到叉燒腸粉嘅皮做得算通透,你會睇得到裏面係有啲咩餡料,皮夠薄,唔錯唯獨係覺得叉燒嘅分布唔算好均勻,變咗我食嘅時候就係一啖有叉燒,一啖冇餡料而我覺得叉燒嘅顆

非常高效率。

酥皮夠薄,感覺有啲類似墨西哥麵包個皮咁,而餡料亦都好夠多夠juicy
包你每一啖都食到餡料。若果要雞蛋裏面挑骨嘅話就係,咬完個包之後,包係唔會自己鬆返開,視覺上就少咗一份[鬆軟]嘅感覺。

另外都點左一碟蜜味叉燒腸$22。淨係睇相片都會見到叉燒腸粉嘅皮做得算通透,你會睇得到裏面係有啲咩餡料,皮夠薄,唔錯
唯獨係覺得叉燒嘅分布唔算好均勻,變咗我食嘅時候就係一啖有叉燒,一啖冇餡料
而我覺得叉燒嘅顆粒肥瘦亦都係有啲唔均勻,未夠大滿足

最後仲有一個點心,鮮蝦燒賣皇$28。$28一客有四粒,味道方面坦白講就冇咩驚喜啦。燒賣上面嘅杞子可以加強視覺效果,但係喺味道提升方面其實就冇咩實際嘅幫助。我自己覺得呢個鮮蝦燒賣王嘅size好似稍為細粒左少少,話晒都係[皇],大隻啲會比較好

而燒賣裏面的確係食到鮮蝦嘅,不過就唔係原隻鮮蝦,係切開左嘅。我食第一粒嘅時候食來食去都搵唔到蝦肉?
曾經一度懷疑其實係唔係廚師將蝦打成蓉,然之後直接釀入燒賣裏面?因為我又真係食到鮮蝦嗰種爽口彈牙
但係到我食另外一粒嘅時候,又會見到有蝦肉😓變咗好似一粒有蝦肉,另外一粒冇蝦肉,有少少扣分😓而我覺得蝦肉切開咗唔係唔好,不過就會減低左[好足料]呢種感覺。

至於餐廳環境方面,大家都知添好運係比較出名嘅一間點心專門店,都有好多遊客嚟。 可能因為想做多啲生意啦,變咗座位方面就會比較逼
而且餐廳幾乎可以話係密封,當滿座嘅時候,每個人都講嘢嘅話,變咗成個環境就會好嘈
大家想慢慢傾下計就會比較困難。所以好多人食完就走,好少會見到啲人食完仲會坐低慢慢傾計,享受飲茶嘅樂趣。


呢一點係有啲可惜嘅
因為其實好多人飲茶就係想搵個地方聚埋一齊傾計,聯絡感情。不過我都可以明白,始終喺香港租鋪頭好貴,作為商家當然係想賺到幾多得幾多,變咗都冇辦法避免座位嘅安排係要比較迫。
