To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次食 叫左經典既牛角次男坊草飼牛腹腩飯+個基本麵豉湯+帶子邊+可樂本來以為有牛角燒肉嘅質素 份量係十足既 有成座山嘅感覺 幾片大紙菜 有啲青蔥裝飾 紅色嗰啲就唔知咩嚟 但都好食 美中不足係🐮牛肉好韌 肉質其實唔差 單煮到過晒龍 好乾身 食到個口好攰😢 成舊水黎講 牛分量好足 但味道真係普普通通小食帶子邊反而有驚喜😳 味道偏甜 入量多 幾鮮甜 麵豉湯中規中矩 只係覺得食牛肉飯一定要配一個麵豉湯 繁忙時間呢間餐廳都幾多人 同埋全手機落單
