每次去台灣旅行都會去夜市買食鹽水雞,因為可以揀好多唔同種類嘅配料,而且佢個味道好惹味,又價錢相宜,真係啱晒做宵夜。而喺香港,有得賣鹽水雞嘅鋪頭唔算多,ET 鹽水雞就係其中一間,估計係特許經營店。最近佢就喺大圍既搵食市集開左分店。一份二人鹽水雞套餐要$75,除咗有雞之外,仲會配左洋蔥,另外可以自選三款配料。今次我就選擇左牛柏葉,雞腎,同青瓜。每次食鹽水雞我都一定會叫青瓜,因為真係好夾,爽脆既口感配雞肉,絕配。佢另外可以再加錢配台式麵或者飯,有興趣可以試埋
