To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港食米線既鋪眾多，由其是x哥周圍都係食到悶悶地，今日就走去另一間雲桂香試下。餐廳有米線、紅薯粉選擇，我同女朋友各叫了一碗小鍋米線試下。竹笙腩肉小鍋米線（酸辣湯底）：竹笙好爽加上吸晒酸辣湯即汁非常好味，腩肉本身有小小辣加上唔肥而且紋得好淋入口即用，值得推介。豬大腸豬軟骨小鍋米線（麻辣湯底）：麻辣比例啱啱好，豬大腸唔肥有咬口而且都好乾淨，豬軟骨紋得好淋豬軟骨輕輕一咬就散去而且好入味。最後加上一杯凍檸茶非常滿足。
