呢兩日天氣凍左好多!除左想一班人食火鍋之後,都想兩個人靜靜地食碗熱辣辣既拉麵☺️今次試左連續3年獲得東京米芝蓮一星殊榮的金色不如帰🍜貝汁醬油拉麵 湯底加入了自製黑松露醬、牛肝菌粉及牛肝菌油,味道較濃,充滿菇菌香,黑松露意粉就食得多,拉麵真係第一次,又幾特別!白豚骨拉麵相比之下略為普通,但低溫慢煮的豚肉片,保留了肉質鬆軟的口感外,亦讓豚肉入味,好好味😋整體來講 湯底算幾特別,可惜份量不多,價錢略貴,性價比較低,但話哂都係日本米芝蓮,如果未試過又想試新野可以一試!
