To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日黎到金鐘，lunch hour 超多人，間間都要等位🙈甘啱見到唔駛等位，又一直都無機會試過，就決定食個快快地嘅 lunch😆叫左白丸元味＋玉子豬骨湯睇落有少少油，但飲落唔會太膩太鹹麵要左硬嘅，但唔知係唔係因為幼麵嘅緣故，食落都唔係特別有咬口🤔叉燒有兩塊，係瘦嘅，而且好淋😍蛋全隻上，生熟程度啱啱好，少少流心😋整體味道正常，不過不失啦🤗一碗份量唔係太多，男人應該唔會夠飽😂可以加d小食，煎餃子都唔錯雖然餃子比較細隻🙈煎得幾香口，入面d肉都幾juicy😇

豬骨湯睇落有少少油，但飲落唔會太膩太鹹

蛋全隻上，生熟程度啱啱好，少少流心😋
整體味道正常，不過不失啦🤗
