To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見佢新出秋季餐牌有醬油蝦同平目漬，所以入去食試下得唔得，以前個會員已經過左期，職員告知今次食過100蚊就可以再次開通返儲分，睇下今餐咩質素先啦😂醬油蝦唔係韓式果款，食落真係似鏗魚汁+豉油浸到上色，味就無乜味但勝在幾抵食$18/2件白鳥貝係常客，急凍野解凍都無乜會點難食，但我就係鐘意佢夠爽什錦海鮮漬軍艦，都幾好食，加埋脆蒜同脆蔥，口感又提升左值得讚既係呢間元氣既軍艦壽司，紫菜都係脆既，好耐無食到脆既軍艦。呢個青瓜「沙律」，都係秋季新品，上面果啲紫菜我夠膽講100%係牛角飯素！$17食碟咁既野真係無下次。
