朋友介紹嚟先知,原來新開的,喺漆咸道轉入赫德道,條街雖然黑,都易搵。喜愛西班牙菜的原因,係佢地興食好多tapas,小食般的前菜令我可能試好多菜色,唔似美色或英色,各自為政,只可食一款主菜, 而且可以同朋友分享傾談,係唔錯既gathering選擇。呢個烤蕃茄麵包伴香蒜橄欖油,$45,2片多士,伴一個切開一半的原個蕃茄同幾粒蒜頭,初時一頭霧水,店員介紹先知原來用蕃茄好似洗衫板原理咁擦d肉同汁於麵包上,再用蒜頭粒再磨d蓉喺面,最後加橄欖油食。蕃茄原來係喺西班牙嚟既,話喺個地區既蕃茄特別多汁鮮甜,所以有呢個塗麵包食法。店出面真係放滿好多西班牙嚟既蔬菜,對食材好講究。呢款蕃茄就係塗麵包那種。西班牙風乾火腿,都指明用伊比利亞地區的黑毛豬,48個月,手切,所以口感好好,而且肉味濃,沒有渣,又唔太咸。另一tapas, 白豆銀雪魚配西班牙螄蚶,幾特別,好霖既白豆,銀雪魚新鮮結實。西班牙蛋餅,傳統的係薯仔,蛋,洋蔥,但我覺得呢個好多料,好豐富,雖然數唔晒,但食得出有魚肉,好食,唔油膩。重點推介呢個黑毛豬拼盤,一次過試到3款不同部位既黑毛豬,店員仲介紹係橡木既炭燒出嚟,好香,真係3個不同口感,出面好少有呢個

最後一個重點主菜,龍蝦西班牙飯,好湯既飯,因同龍蝦一齊煮,飯粒完全吸收晒蝦湯,配少少甜椒粒,好好食,而且唔似出面龍蝦湯咁creamy咁膩,呢個唔creamy, 只有蝦味,個人好喜愛。原隻龍蝦咁上,而且食得出既新鮮。

呢度既drinks menu好豐富,sangria同mocktail都好多款,呢個係passion fruit sangria mocktail, 酸酸甜甜,好醒胃。
