Restaurant: PAK LOK CHIU CHOW RESTAURANT

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 百樂集團一向都有保証,旺角哩間仲有個星期一至四的潮洲風味套餐,其他分店唔係間間有做。個套餐選擇都算多,主食都有好多款,仲有得揀至喜歡的咸菜胡椒豬肚湯。主食揀左兩個,沙茶牛肉炒芥蘭同埋川椒龍鳳球。當然招牌的鵝片係另外點的。鵝片併牛展都幾野味,肉質嫩滑,還有豆腐滑嫩。週中來晚飯都唔算好多人,服務貼心,有主動過來跟進起菜進度,同埋加湯。座位距離也算適中,聚會傾計都舒服。套餐餐牌咸菜胡椒豬肚湯沙薑雞 半隻 (套餐)招牌鵝片雙併 ($260)
