To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週年紀念日原本計劃去山頂食晚飯,但因為行山後都好晏,所以喺附近市區搵間餐廳慶祝,都算很充實的一天,晚餐食咗好多嘢😍✨~ 酥炸珍寶軟殼蟹凱撒沙律伴流心蛋~ 秘製燒烤醬片皮鴨青蔥薄餅~ 12oz 烤美國頂級肉眼~ 黑松露意粉~ 香蕉火焰焦糖燉蛋✨全部都好正,最鍾意食軟殼蟹沙律,個片皮鴨pizza又出乎意料咁好味,幾百蚊既肉眼扒水準當然要唔錯,幸好都冇令我失望,而黑松露意粉都好難整得唔好食,至於個火焰焦糖燉蛋就係每次嚟呢度必食,睇住個火焰喺個燉蛋上面燒緊時好治癒 ❤️
