有些人週日放假喜歡躲在家中睡至皇朝百晏,說是叉電,我則喜歡到外面走走,尤其喜歡約朋友相聚交談,其有益身心之處遠比只跟周公交往好。朋友約了在尖沙嘴會面,因時近中午,很多上班一族仍未睡夠,街上行人不多,我們約在一間酒吧吃 tapas。喜歡酒精的,不分晝夜,都可以隨時隨刻拿起酒杯,但我只是偶然才會,更不會在白天,還是喝杯 mocktai l吧!PPQ 是杯無酒精飲品, Peach, Passion fruit, lemon juice, soda,酸酸甜甜,好飲!Tapas中,最值得介紹的,是Golden Egg,煙燻火腿金蛋,以份子料理做蛋的外層,質感似啫喱,以食用顏料做成金色,內裏有忌廉狀物體,煙肉和火腿,墊底的芋絲好脆!Foie Gras Terrine,又是以份子料理做橙紅色啫喱外層,橘子味,內裏是香滑鵝肝醬,塗麵包超好味。Shrimps in Garlic & Olive Oil,以滾油蒜子浸蝦,並有橄欖,蝦爽口。Roast Suckling Pig,西班牙烤乳豬,伴以薯蓉和酸椰菜,似乎是德國菜的特色,烤乳豬做得十分精緻,皮脆而肉嫩,肉汁貫盈,酸椰菜可解膩。Seafood Pael
