阿一海景餐廳 ,一間多年榮獲香港嘅米芝蓮一星餐廳, 已經幫襯咗好幾次,而每一次都 keep 到水準, 今次返嚟試下佢嘅週日午市套餐。(七彩小鳳仙) 有皮蛋,一片雞,子薑,基本上是一口大小,味道啱啱好,甜甜地又帶點酸 ,好醒胃,是唔錯的開胃菜。(原隻鮑魚生菜崧) 原隻鮑魚味道唔錯,夾著生菜 一齊食,口感多一份清爽,幾好。 雖然唔係特別嘅鮑魚,但始終這是阿一出品的名物,水準有番咁上下。(筍尖鮮蝦餃) 蝦餃大大隻,餡料以蝦為主,口感爽彈,好鮮美。(鮮雞燉螺頭湯) 這燉湯感覺上水準一般而己,沒有螺頭的鮮甜味,味道比較淡口。(碧綠雙子星蒸豆腐) 這真係水準之作,嫩蝦仔配上滑豆腐,加埋帶子同上湯淆出嘅芡汁, 認真又鮮又滑溜,冇得頂!(紅酒炆牛尾配炸饅頭) 牛尾煮的時候恰到好處,肉質好嫩又不失咬感,味道濃郁,同炸饅頭配合得非常之好!☆ 牛尾同花菇鵝掌二選一☆(天白花菇扣鵝掌配生麵) 花菇配鵝掌是經典嘅食材配搭 。花茹雖然唔係最頂級嘅花菇,但都煮得非常爽口,入囇味,有吃過年菜的感覺。(蓮蓉西米布甸) 布甸熱辣辣, 口感軟滑,大大碗。蓮蓉西米配合得好好, 口感creamy, 甜度啱啱好,不會像坊間的甜膩

300蚊一位嘅午市套餐喺尖沙咀而言算係一般,唔算得上貴,是食丼飯的價錢。本以為食午市套餐會食得太多,menu上睇落好似好多item,但食落份量就剛剛好。種類多,而份量巧,始終係多年嚟嘅一星餐廳,水準真係有番咁上下,加上無敵嘅海景,同上佳嘅服務,真係一間值得再三幫襯嘅餐廳。 查返佢散點的menu,週日的點心價錢都係40至60之間,價格性能比都幾高, 值得推介。
