To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同屋企人飲茶飲到悶,但佢地又只愛食中式野,所以今日黎左呢度食,實岩食呀。兩點半左右去到,岩岩下午茶時間,好彩人唔算多,等左陣就入到。坐低就叫左壺四寶茶先,貪佢特別D。仲有普洱、香片同鐵觀音揀。望下食乜先 。下午茶黎講,價錢都OK啦同都多野揀。仲有D點心#雞絲拌粉皮:份量唔算太多,有D唔夠喉。#前門店醬啼#野菌排骨炒粗麵:有好多配料,色水都味道都好夠,D豬扒啖啖肉。#雪菜蝦仁炒飯:炒得夠乾身,飯粒粒粒分明。用雪菜黎炒都幾夠味,唔會太咸。而且D蝦唔會有雪藏味,唔錯!#炸豆沙包(3隻):略嫌炸得唔係幾夠,冇脆口既口感。不過係好多豆沙餡,同個餡唔會甜得濟。
