To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 📍FUMI 🔍中環蘭桂坊德己立街30-32號加州大廈6樓-----返工身心勞累,放假係要對自己好少少。呢間日式餐廳週末有Weekend Brunch,朋友推介話佢地嘅每日現切油甘魚好正,搞到我心癢癢想試下。餐廳裝潢行高級感日風,自助區食物擺放得井井有條,一路攞食物,可以沿路一路望住開放式廚房嘅師傅整嘢食。當中朋友大推嘅油甘魚,12點30前會先原條展出比大家相機先食,12點30之後就會開始現場原條即切,切好就會擺放出嚟比客人自取。🐟刺身:款式唔算好多,但係每一款都質素到位。現切油甘魚就唔使講,咁新鮮切出嚟,鮮甜度確係很不錯。三文魚雖然唔係現切,但入口魚脂豐腴,其實都唔輸油甘魚。另外,八爪魚冰爽彈牙,帶子貝柱肥厚,每一款都吸引到我encore多次。🍣壽司卷物:一共只有四款,但係款款出色。四款分別係A4 宮崎和牛壽喜燒卷、鰻魚牛油果卷、FUMI素菜卷及雜錦辛香剌身太卷。全部都係少飯多餡,而且飯醋調味恰到好處,個人尤其中意質感柔嫩帶微微辣香嘅雜錦辛香剌身太卷。整體嚟講佢哋嘅壽司都做得幾出色,每人一客嘅主菜order咗精選手握壽司拼盤,同樣係質素上乘,火炙左口魚邊更係入口即化。🍘炸物:由於場內客

🍘炸物:
由於場內客人頗多,所以自助區嘅炸物turnover rate都頗高,因而可以保持良好熱度。推介一試日式芝士年糕,甜甜鹹鹹,外層香脆,內層帶點煙韌口感,雖然容易飽肚。但係都忍唔住食咗幾粒。

🍢燒物:
牛油燒粟米香香甜甜,牛油香氣濃郁;鹽燒宫崎雞翼飽滿大隻,咬落緊實多汁;仲有宮崎特產黑豚香腸亦不錯,肉脂比例高,入口油潤且肉味濃郁,係就係肥啲,不過好食都係要食😛。
