To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

週末媽咪罷工話唔想煮飯啦，晚餐我地一家出去食，呢排乜餐都食過啦，小朋友話想食意粉同雞亦，我即刻霖起屋企附近既意蠔屋就可以滿足曬佢地既願望啦🍗瑞士雞亦肉醬意粉：瑞士汁濃郁，雞亦煮得好入味，意粉軟硬適中，肉醬分量足。🥩芝士燒牛舌牛柳意粉：牛舌惹味，牛柳軟滑，醬汁香而不膩。🍝番茄三文魚鴨胸意粉：呢個系我最常點既，一直保持水準鴨胸同三文魚煙薰味飄香，醬汁夠濃。🍤芝士大蝦豬柳焗飯：整個焗飯都鋪滿佐芝士，焗過芝士非常焦香，豬柳嫩滑。環境：店鋪唔算大，只有6.7張台，不過環境裝修好溫馨，感覺幾親切溫暖。呢間鋪頭開佐好多年，一直都有幫襯開，品質同服務一如既往好

🍗瑞士雞亦肉醬意粉：瑞士汁濃郁，雞亦煮得好入味，意粉軟硬適中，肉醬分量足。

🥩芝士燒牛舌牛柳意粉：牛舌惹味，牛柳軟滑，醬汁香而不膩。

🍝番茄三文魚鴨胸意粉：呢個系我最常點既，一直保持水準鴨胸同三文魚煙薰味飄香，醬汁夠濃。
