To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

周末一個人喺屋企懶得煮飯，就打算自己出街食飯，之前聽咗好多朋友講旺角嘅盈館食物好好食，就諗住去試吓。去到嗰邊我眼前一亮，估唔到係咁大間嘅酒樓，位置好闊落，好有古典風嘅裝潢，餐牌上仲有好多選擇，我就叫咗幾樣我最想食嘅食物。唔使幾耐，d食物就送咗嚟，送嚟嗰陣仲係熱辣辣嘅，我食嘅幾款食物都好好食，喺度推介俾大家。🔶鮮蝦蒜香脆春卷春卷外皮薄而酥脆，唔油唔膩，一啖咬落去香味四溢，蒜頭嘅味道特別濃郁，既保持咗蝦肉嘅鮮嫩，又具有爽脆嘅口感，帶有微微嘅辛辣味，整體食落去非常開胃。🔶雪花墨西哥叉燒餐包墨西哥餐包酥皮香脆味道濃厚，包外層伴住濃濃奶香味，食落口感綿潤，加上叉燒肉分量十足，成個餐包充滿咗甜味、鹹味同微量辣味，十分美味。🔶芝士鮮蝦腐皮卷腐皮卷外皮金黃色澤，新鮮清甜蝦仁嘅內餡非常飽滿，蝦仁爽脆彈牙，配埋香濃芝士，鹹香味十足，整體口感十分香脆，食到停唔到口。
