To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日三點三，好多人同我地一樣排隊食好西。同妹妹叫左兩個set，xo醬炒蘿蔔糕(少辣)同奶皇流心西多士，跟茶走同央走。食物方面，蘿蔔糕無咩xo醬味，好多油，配料牙菜好多！未算好差但食一次就夠。最期待的奶黃流心西多士果然沒有令我地失望！一切下去，奶黃如熔岩般湧岀來，視覺效果強烈！西多士不油膩，配以不太甜的奶黃亦很match！不過要趁熱食！飲品方面，本身備有熱茶給食客，我杯茶走合格，妹妹的央走起初像沒有加煉奶的味道，要求店員再加添煉奶也迅速送到，服務值得一讚！
