聽朋友講係佐敦香港逸東酒店內food court開咗間牛響度拌麵,之前有去過紅磡黃埔天地食過幾次,是日就同朋友去試下。我哋叫咗牛腩熱拌刀削麵,牛腩炆得好淋又入味,撈埋青瓜絲和紅蘿蔔絲,清爽好食。另一個慢煮手撕雞熱拌刀削麵,雞絲份量都好多,肉質嫩滑。刀削麵厚薄適中,柔軟得嚟又有咬口,揀咗焙煎胡麻,碗內配有半隻溏心蛋。飲品係洛神花樣&百香果冷泡茶,兩款冷泡茶都係微微帶酸,好清新,仲可以幫助消化。小食:烤地瓜球,熱辣辣嘅烤地瓜球1碟有6件,炸到外脆內軟,中間夾住芋泥,非常惹味,好食。韮菜豚肉雲吞(淨食10隻),餡料新鮮,小雲吞包著鮮嫩韮菜和豚肉,味道唔錯。湯底係用豬骨熬製而成的,香濃清甜。溏心蛋,帶有醬油味道,中間蛋黃有流心的。
