想起好久都沒有食拉麵,收工約埋朋友來到旺角廣華街的「阿久根和牛拉麵屋」吃拉麵,原來是一間由鼎爺的細仔藝人李泳豪開設的拉麵店。店舖座位不多,有位店員在門口位置教我們用部點餐機,入座前先選擇拉麵付錢,店員再安排我們就座,稍後就會有店員把食物送上客人面前。座位主要是吧枱設計,可以欣賞到廚師的煮麵過程,可以近距離觀看,感覺好氣氛都好close。有各式的調味料可以給客人自行調味,我昆布醋、白芝麻、辣粉等......吃拉麵前選擇了支裝可樂及支裝忌廉,價錢都是$15一支。我選擇了炙燒豚肉(濃厚)雞白湯拉麵 ($86),餐廳既雞白湯係用上日本鹿兒島走地薩摩雞熬成20小時,雞湯底濃稠鮮甜,採用了日本豚肉五花腩再火炙燒過,隨即散發焦香味,食落五花腩雖然有脂肪,但吃起來唔會太肥膩又夠腍身,入口即化的口感,配菜是糖心蛋、木耳、筍及紫菜,拉麵都是幼麵且偏硬身,合晒我心意。而友人點了碗薩摩雞.雞白湯拉麵($86),雞肉經過慢煮,肉質保持鮮嫩,肉味都濃郁,與雞湯底合配都是好夾。唐揚雞件一共有5件($38),炸至沒有多餘油份,入口香脆又熱辣辣,雞肉都好juicy又嫩滑,外層加了一些調味粉,再蘸上沙律醬食更香滑惹味。整
