家中幾位姨媽每年回港都必定會帶小肥周圍去食好野,無奈自己個肚唔爭氣,臨出門前居然患上腸胃炎,結果仲喺屋企休息咗成個幾禮拜添。上週六見身體差不多已痊癒,XO仔一聽到班大人準備去銅鑼灣皇冠假日酒店入面新登場間「御寶軒」飲茶喎,體內o既為食蟲頓變得雀躍起黎,嘻嘻,細佬當然係要出山啦!酒店中菜廳樓底極高,金碧輝煌o既大堂不失時代感,而且間隔寬敞,感覺高雅舒適。姨媽早已為八人訂下廂房,長期都有兩位姐姐為我地替換餐具及斟添茶水,高級酒店o既貼身服務果然係唔同啲!午市自助填寫o既點心紙共有三頁,上面清楚列明每位茗茶$15,另收加一服務費。除此之外,餐店亦有七款續位計o既套餐供食客選擇。據悉,新店開業啱啱一個月。嘩,姨媽們當真神通廣大,打電話訂位時仲識得留埋名菜「糯米釀脆皮乳豬」,係咪好堅呢?!糯米釀脆皮乳豬($690/半隻;$1380/一隻):單睇乳豬o既賣相已夠震撼!只係小弟o既攝影技術未到家,影極都捕捉唔到個靚甫士。師傅預先將半隻糯米乳豬切成十二件,每件大小相同,而且極易入口。乳豬皮層超級香脆鬆化,中間o既糯米飯唔油、唔肥、唔黐牙、又夠煙韌,全枱屋企人都大讚好味指數爆哂燈呀!當日同場巧遇虎兄與虎
