To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新年好多食肆都閂門冇開，只好食下連鎖餐廳，元氣都好耐冇食，佐敦呢間係地庫，首先自己己經收唔到上網，又冇Public Wifi, 如果有Wifi 就好了落到去人唔算多，反而遊客比例多過香港人食迴轉壽司人少最怕就係啲食物唔新鮮而且啲sushi賣相真係麻麻地，好暗淡色，睇見都唔開胃都係手寫點算....哇，個筋子一黎就反左枱😓，第一次食，口感嘛麻地，好似食緊膠咁辛辣長鮨吞拿魚：加左啲辣椒冇晒魚鮮味，有啲浪費炙熱親子三文魚：賣相好過轉緊個啲，起碼唔會好乾身，味道都okay有沙😓女友點的，我個人麻麻地軟殻蟹，好乾
