To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 離開職場,可以在星期一的早上,十點半,避開了排隊時段,來到添好運,悠閒地吃個早餐。 先來一個最基本的,蝦餃是也。扮相不佳,一點晶瑩的感覺也沒有。 咬開始發覺,餃皮是有點晶瑩的。內涵又如何?足料。蝦的味道可稱得上是鮮蝦,份量亦飽滿。 再試一個非傳統點心,沙嗲牛肉煎包。一客三個,扁扁平平的,不會太飽肚。 饀料略嫌單薄,味道亦未見突出。16元三隻,不可強求了。 最後試一個介乎傳統與新派之間的點心,賽螃蟹春卷。賣相未見精緻,平凡得很。 饀料本身是好味的,但包在春卷內,不單只起不了協同效應,反而起了互損的作用。 埋單64,平民嗎?無此感覺。後話,用餐時,前後左右有洋人,大陸同胞等。剩下的本土人士都多為前來朝聖者,自己感覺像是遊客。
