之前食過銅鑼灣同尖沙咀既船皇,今日機緣巧合嚟到大埔,順便去埋船皇係大埔超級城既第三間分店!大埔分店比銅鑼灣同尖沙咀大得多,而且更闊落。另外門口擺放左一架泰國傳統交通工具嘟嘟車🛺,絕對係餐廳既打卡位。運作形式亦有所不同,客人先下單付錢,然後等號碼才出去拿食物。- 船皇湯麵每次都係選擇蛋麵,今次都唔例外,口感似鹼水麵,但容易咀嚼。我仲加$1 轉左和牛。和牛幾較稔,肉味香濃。另外仲有大量材料包括雞翼、牛丸、豬皮、豬肉。- 泰式炒金邊粉金邊粉係大埔限定,所以非叫不可。金邊粉煙煙韌韌,唔係太濕濶,甜酸程度啱啱好,不過略嫌唔夠穫氣。- 串燒派對沙嗲雞肉叫左三串,沙嗲汁偏甜。魷魚鬚相當大隻,串燒牛舌非常厚肉,豬頸肉燒得好香口,而且爽口彈牙。- 泰式奶茶泰式奶茶係每次必點飲品,口感滑溜,越甜越喜愛😍- 凍檸檬茶茶底有餘韻,而且唔太甜,啱晒我女朋友。總結:終於過三關去齊晒船皇三間分店,船皇湯麵仍然係必叫食物,串燒不過不失。

金邊粉係大埔限定,所以非叫不可。金邊粉煙煙韌韌,唔係太濕濶,甜酸程度啱啱好,不過略嫌唔夠穫氣。
