To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 知道牛角開左燒肉丼,即刻走去試!之前曾經喺日本食過類似,即燒牛肉配上醬汁同日本米,令我十分期待今次到訪。店面都算大,採取先點餐後入座的安排。點了次男坊丼配次男坊燒肉汁。上菜前,先送上味噌湯,再送上主菜。次男坊丼上菜時用膠蓋蓋上,微熱,見到有蒸氣。 打開後,賣相幾吸引,可以見到肉量頗多,份量都足夠。可惜嘅係唔記得走葱先試燒肉,肉明顯唔係即燒,有點涷,可見只有飯係微熱。以肉質來說,偏乾身,唔係juicy,不過肉味尚算可以。次男坊燒肉汁,唔算好多,真係微辣,佢嘅辣,屬後上,要落左喉嚨先感受到佢嘅辣。整體來說,還算合格。都係嗰句:無期待,無失望。

次男坊丼上菜時用膠蓋蓋上,微熱,見到有蒸氣。 打開後,賣相幾吸引,可以見到肉量頗多,份量都足夠。可惜嘅係唔記得走葱

先試燒肉,肉明顯唔係即燒,有點涷,可見只有飯係微熱。
以肉質來說,偏乾身,唔係juicy,不過肉味尚算可以。次男坊燒肉汁,唔算好多,真係微辣,佢嘅辣,屬後上,要落左喉嚨先感受到佢嘅辣。
