To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳係新加坡文華過江龍 而且獲獎無數特別就係最出名嘅海南雞飯 雖然進注左K11 Musea 好一段時間 但小編一路都未試過 因為成日見到門口有好多人排隊 最近閒日見到咁啱有位就去試下文華海南雞飯🐔 ($133)雞份量唔算多 不過幾嫩滑 朋友話要讚一讚個油飯幾出色 味道比出面餐廳多少少薑味 而且唔油 不錯👍🏻星洲海鮮炒貴刁 ($118)貴刁連埋新鮮的海鮮和香料整🦐成 海鮮包括有蝦同魷魚🦑 蝦幾大粒同埋爽口 味道有少少辣幾開胃炸素春卷 ($62/6件)主要材料為蔬菜 熱辣辣炸起 口感酥脆 斑蘭蛋糕配椰子雪糕 🍨($78)班蘭蛋糕口感軟綿 而且一上枱已經芳香撲鼻 搭配香濃椰子雪糕 味道好夾 食完成個人都清涼晒 消暑一流😍
