南蛮亭係香港有名既串燒店,身為東京六本木過江龍,食物質素當然有番咁上下😌餐廳以開放式廚房為主,有吧枱可以望住師傅直程燒串燒,亦有半個室座位較高私隱度。今次試左不同串燒同前菜,即叫即燒質素幾好,最啱頭先朋友飲杯啤酒慢慢食🍻🔸枝豆、炸一口芝士、燒鱈魚棒一系列前菜打頭陣,其中最鍾意係燒得非常香脆既鱈魚棒,點沙律醬食真係食唔停口!🔸露筍豬肉卷蘆筍用薄切豬肉包住再燒香,蘆筍口感爽脆,食多幾條都唔怕油膩🔸厚切牛舌大大件厚切牛舌,燒香後肉汁鎖住係裏面,惹味帶油香,必食!🔸荔枝豬肉卷荔枝清甜多汁,用豬肉包住再燒香後果味更加突出,同豬肉鹹味成為好好既配搭🔸自家製雞丸串手打雞肉同雞軟骨碎揑成雞丸,保留肉汁又有口感,配日本蛋黃及醬汁一流🔸雞中翼雞皮香脆但肉質嫩滑,簡單調味帶出雞油濃香!🔸芝士翠玉瓜翠玉瓜清爽多汁,加上鹹香芝士味道和諧🔸白蘑菇簡單用鹽同黑椒調味,帶出白蘑菇本身鮮味
