To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前見同事有杯好得意熊仔手調飲品, 就問佢邊到買, 佢介紹左百芳俾我。今日同老公去左食, 發現性價比都幾高。炸雞脾配滷肉撈麵(66蚊): 1拎到個麵就陣陣香味, 唔單至滷肉味仲有d蔥油香味既感覺。個麵又d偏淋, 如果煮少d時間應該會仲好食。個炸脾皮好脆好香, 但偏咸, 整體都係唔錯。跟餐可以叫紅茶或者綠茶, 可以揀甜度, 我叫左微糖, 少少甜冇澀味。牛筋牛腩麵(72蚊):老公都係鍾意食牛肉,個牛筋唔會太淋, 仲有咬口。個牛腩係筋腩, 炆到好淋。 個麵都係偏淋。下次會試鹽酥雞, 好似都唔錯, 都幾多人食。
